Orange Cardamom Simple Syrup

Citrusy. Floral. Unexpectedly versatile.

This syrup pairs bright orange peel with the earthy warmth of cardamom. It’s elegant, complex, and just sweet enough — equally at home in cocktails or morning tea.

Use it in:

Sweet & Savory:  Yogurt Parfait, Chia Pudding, Fruit Drizzle, Oatmeal, Pancakes / Waffles / Crepes, Roasted Veg, Brussel Sprouts, Ice Cream, Cake Soak, and so much more!

Beverages/Cocktails:  Iced Lattes, Hot Chocolate, Matcha Lattes, Tea, Whiskey Sour, Margarita, Old Fashioned, Gin Fizz, Sangria.  

Usage Guidelines

Use 1–2 tbsp (½oz - 1oz) per drink or to your desired sweetness.

Water, Organic Cane Sugar, Steeped Cardamom, Blind Owl's Pure Vanilla Extract, Orange Oil, Citric Acid
