Use it in:

Lemon bars, sorbets, scones, lemon meringue pie, tarts, vinaigrettes, risotto, marinades, or anywhere you want to add a splash of lemon.

Guidelines:

Use ½ the amount of extract as zest in a recipe, typically 1-1½ tsp. This can be in lieu of zest or with the zest for that extra pop of flavour. Adjust to taste for stronger citrus presence.
