Use it in:

Cake, scones, loafs, whipped cream, ice cream, cocktails, and more... 

Guidelines:

Use ½ the amount of extract as zest in a recipe, typically 1-1½ tsp. This can be in lieu of zest or with the zest for that extra pop of flavour. Adjust to taste for stronger citrus flavour.  

For cocktails, use it as a bitter, using only 1-3 drops.

Alcohol (90%), Orange Oil, Water.
