How to Use It:

• Use in cookies, cakes, custards, and whipped cream
• Boost flavour in pancake or waffle batter

• Jams, compotes, sauces

Guidelines:

Use ½ to 1 tsp per standard baking recipe or 1⁄8 tsp - ¼ tsp (half - full cap) per drink. It’s potent — a little goes a long way.
